In the program, City Club President George Mitrovich will ask Lt. Colonel William Walker to share his story. To tell how he grew up in Southeast Ohio, went to Ohio State, graduate, joined the Marines, did six tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, came home to serve as the helicopter pilot for Marine One, for Presidents Obama and Trump, while getting a graduate degree from Georgetown University. He is new to San Diego, having assumed commend of the helicopter unit at Camp Pendleton.
